- An Indian subsidiary of Amazon.com (a US-based MNC) in the e-commerce business has an exciting opening for the role of "Associate Corporate Counsel" with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience to provide - 4+ years of legal experience- Associate Member (ACS) with Institute of Company Secretaries India (ICSI) with a valid membership with ICSI.- LL.B
- (undergraduate law degree) from a recognized university in India- Practicing lawyer or an in-house attorney within a reputable law firm or legal department in a reputable company, with primary and autonomous responsibility in client advisory, reviewing, drafting and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts - Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house workOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers
