- Role Overview: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate – Tech Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team
- The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end technology hiring, with a strong focus on sourcing, bulk hiring, hiring drives, and stakeholder management
- Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across multiple levels and functions
- - Drive bulk hiring for tech positions while ensuring quality and turnaround timelines
- - Own strong candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, databases, and other relevant channels
- - Conduct proactive sourcing and build a strong pipeline of tech talent across various skill sets
- - Plan and execute walk-in/virtual hiring drives and other volume-hiring initiatives
- - Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, priorities, and timelines
