- As a Program Manager I, you will play a key role in executing and improving programs that drive operational excellence
- - 2+ years of program or project management experience- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL- 1+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams- Experience coordinating program execution and tracking performance - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)- Experience with SQL- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document, or experience reading and writing procedures, technical documents, and engineering drawings- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership- Experience in resolving conflicts, providing crisis management triage, and setting appropriate expectations with customers- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience owning program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers
