- Amazon Entertainment is seeking an innovative HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive organizational success through expert HR guidance, working closely with the business leaders from the Entertainment business.In - Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field- Experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or equivalent- Experience in project or program management- Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders- Experience managing teams and building solutions in distributed systems or developing large-scale web applications- Experience as an HR Business Partner or experience in an HR functional area including, but not limited HRP, HR services, or recruiting- Experience working with global teams, driving organizational change initiatives, and developing talent management plans for a global organization- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 10+ years of related experience including data analysis, change management, team building and leading experience- Experience troubleshooting problems and offering solutions to streamline complex challenges, or experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to support business decisions - Master's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field- Experience in mentoring, leading and coaching- Experience using data and metrics to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change- Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment- Experience working cross-functionally and across regions- Experience owning and executing the process to identify and attract talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent pipelines- Experience in organizational leadership and development or talent management, with experience in a senior leadership role- Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage- Knowledge of employment lawsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers
