- We - Experience managing large-scale projects from end to end- Experience working on and delivering end to end projects independently- Bachelor's degree- 5+ years of experience in event planning, team engagement and organizational development- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management capability- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through on commitments- Proficiency in event management tools and basic data analysis - Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organization- Knowledge of employee engagement best practices and culture-building initiatives- Experience with virtual and hybrid event management- Familiarity with engagement metrics and ROI measurementOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers
