- We are looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to lead and deliver complex, multi-work stream cloud transformation programs for AWS Professional Services (ProServe) APJC (ANZ, ASEAN, INDIA, Korea, Japan)
- - 7+ years of leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale experience- 7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience- Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)- Experience with Agile and project management toolsets like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 7+ years of project/program management experience - Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent- PMP, Prince2, PgMP, SAFe or SCRUM/Agile certification- 9+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience- AWS certification, such as, AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification- Partner delivery experience — enabling and managing delivery through third-party partnersOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers
