- To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people.Would you like to be a central part of a recruiting team - 3+ years of business analytics and reporting or demand forecasting experience- 4+ years of Recruiting, HR or operations experience- Knowledge of recruiting media such as job postings, job site aggregators, ATS and job distribution tools- Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results- Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience building, managing and coaching a team in a high-growth environment- Experience driving process optimization within a recruiting or equivalent environment- Experience in recruiting operations leadership within a high growth tech company or high-volume RPO organizationOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers
