- The Flex I&O team’s mission is to protect - 1+ years of work experience- Experience developing and delivering training programs with strong analytical skills to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions- Experience developing or managing quality assurance programs, audit frameworks, or root cause analysis to drive improvements - Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) or instructional design and e-learning platforms- Bilingual (Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, French)Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers
