- The ideal candidate will - 4+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting - Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring- Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groupsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers
