- The APJ Innovation and Engagement team is the pulse of innovation for AWS in the region
- We design and deliver innovation experiences that bring Amazon's culture and technology to life — helping senior - 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences- Strong first-principles problem-solving ability — comfortable deconstructing ambiguous customer challenges into clear action plans that deliver business outcomes- Strong ability to apply AI/ML capabilities to solve business problems and drive transformation outcomes, engaging both technical and business audiences on generative AI, agentic systems, and applied AI- Track record of driving measurable customer business outcomes in partnership with field sales teams - Experience operating across APJ markets with sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances- Consulting background with experience advising senior leaders on technology-led business transformation- Passion for Amazon's culture of innovation and ability to translate it into customer-facing experiences- Hands-on experience applying AI tools to business problems and customer engagement workflowsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers
