- This includes flagging policy violations, consulting with policy and program teams, and working - Bachelor's degree- 2 or more years of prior experience in content moderation, content compliance, regulatory risk, or Trust and Safety operations- Fluent in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and English at C1+ level (written and spoken), with required comprehension of Saudi/Gulf (Khaliji) and Egyptian Arabic dialects- Understanding of geographical, sociopolitical, and cultural sensitivities across MENA territories- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level, including pivot tables, charts, lookups, and data cleansing- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a diverse team- Experience reviewing audio-visual content for maturity ratings, content descriptors, and regional compliance- Strong written communication in English for compliance reports, escalation summaries, and policy documentation - CEFR: Rating of C1 or C2- ACTFL OPI/OPIc: Advanced High or SuperiorOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers
