- As an associate-centric - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- Bachelor's degree- Experience driving process excellence and productivity improvement initiatives, including Kaizen methodologies- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into scalable solutions- Strong communication and influencing skills- Self-starter with experience managing large-scale projects in ambiguous environments- 7+ years of program management, field operations, project management or product management experience
