• This is a great opportunity to lead and develop a committed, passionate team while growing a business and strengthening its position within the Urology industry
• In this role, you’ll lead the growth of our Urology business, deepen our relationships across the industry, and support the development of our Urology team members
• You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Video Experience, and other teams to ensure we continue meeting the evolving needs of our clients.This fully remote role reports to our co-founder/co-CEO, and candidates are required to reside in the United States
• This role requires legal authorization to work in the United States
• EngagedMD is unable to sponsor current H1B visa holders for this role.What You’ll DoDrive revenue growth and own commercial goals in Urology - including, but not limited to, increasing market share, customer retention, product utilization and partnershipsLead a small sales team, including setting the sales and marketing strategy and owning a personal and departmental quota.Set and execute the operating strategy for the revenue-generating teams in the Urology group, including Sales and Marketing.Use your industry expertise to inform client relationship building and maintenance, as well as process creation, improvement, and iteration within the group’s revenue-generating teamsCollaborate with key teams at EngagedMD including Marketing, Product, Video Experience and R&D to launch new products and maximize growth within UrologyLead, grow, and coach both individuals on the Urology team to achieve group and individual goalsWhat You’ll Bring10+ years of experience as a sales, customer success, and /or implementation leaderDeep knowledge and network of clinic relationships within the Urology industryExperience owning a sales goal with the ability to motivate a sales team.Proven experience launching and scaling new markets or verticalsProven history of meeting revenue goals and other business objectivesExperience building teams with a passion for providing mentorship, coaching, and development of the team - ability to influence across departmentsAn ability to model EngagedMD’s core values and action principlesPrior successful experience working remotely with distributed teamsA mission-driven orientation to all you doSuperior written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive in a small, fast-paced organizationBachelor’s degree or equivalent career experienceIt’s Also Nice If You…Have experience working with healthcare SaaS products in particularHave an understanding of basic financial principles and a business background   What We OfferCompetitive compensation and equityMedical, dental, and vision coverage heavily subsidized by the companyOpen Paid Time OffPaid family and medical leaveGenerous paid holidays401(k) retirement savings plan EngagedMD is an equal opportunity employer
