Editorial Policy
Read how ManaCoding Jobs sources, structures, reviews, updates and corrects job information for candidates.
ManaCoding Jobs publishes job-discovery pages and career guidance for candidates. Our goal is to make job information easier to compare while directing users to the official employer or source page for final application details.
A listing may include role title, company, category, location, experience, posted date, source/application link and a structured description where available.
We avoid claiming that a job is verified by the employer unless that verification has actually happened. Safer wording such as official apply link, source page or application source may be used.
Before publishing, job information may be cleaned, categorized and formatted so candidates can scan it quickly. Candidate guidance may be added to help users check fit, documents, safety and application steps.
Listings can become outdated. We monitor dates and source links where possible and accept reports for expired jobs, broken application links, wrong locations, incorrect eligibility or misleading information.
Corrections are handled by reviewing the page URL, source link and reported issue. If the listing cannot be corrected reliably, it may be updated, marked differently, removed from active listings or redirected to relevant current jobs.
Editorial decisions prioritize user safety, clarity, source transparency, useful guidance and avoiding duplicate low-value pages.
